About Us
Vernai Dantzler is a nationally recognized finance attorney with over twenty-five years of experience. She is founding principal of Women Money Law, a boutique advisory firm offering comprehensive wealth creation, asset protection, and legacy preservation advice and counsel exclusively to women. Vernai’s counsel has helped hundreds of women see their way through difficult, life-altering events. In response to the economic crisis of 2006/2007, she created FLOW, recognizing that women needed more financial education. Vernai uses her legal acumen and financial industry network to create quality programs that guide women and girls toward building viable economic solutions while paving a path to financial stability and independence.
Each week, Vernai leads a webinar for women titled, “Your Financial Best in an Increasingly Complex Global Economy, ” where she guides women from where they are financially to where they want to be. She is also a sought-after speaker for TV and radio. Vernai is author of “Sitting Pretty or Sitting Duck? Financial Self-Defense for Women” (2010), and has been cited by leading industry publications such as The Bond Buyer’s Municipal Marketplace (The Red Book) and Thomson Reuters as a leader in dollar volume of deals structure, financed and developed.
Vernai received her J.D. from Temple University School of Law and has been admitted into the Florida, District of Columbia, New York and Connecticut Bars.
