What is money? We all want it, work for it and think about it constantly.  By definition,money is a "medium of exchange." We use money to get the things we need and want.

Money holds power, expresses love, provides independence, and triggers insecurities. It affects nearly every aspect of life.

Over the last 10,000 years, the material form that money has taken has changed considerably—from cattle and cowrie shells to today’s electronic currency. 

Fun Facts About Money.  If you had 10 billion one dollar bills and spent $1 every second of every day, it would take 317 years for you to spend them all.

The Federal Reserve - also known as the "the Fed" –has the power to increase the nation's money supply. How is that done? Here is a brief explanation

Gold has always played an important role in the international monetary system. For hundreds of years gold was money!
